Drawing on her deep expertise and background as a business psychologist, she helps C-suite leaders to embrace new levels of responsibility and complexity, guiding them to achieve new levels of performance and engagement in themselves and their teams, and to actively sponsor progressive workforce initiatives and cultural shifts.
Elisa’s portfolio career has included roles such as Mercer’s Asia-Pacific Head of Talent and Performance, Russell Reynolds Associates’ Leadership and Succession Lead in Asia-Pacific, and People and Organisation Partner in PWC Australia. Over her career, she has cultivated an ecosystem of aligned and complementary think-partners, who contribute valuable insights and solutions to client challenges.
Elisa founded FutureCrafters in 2018 out of her passion for intimate, long-term partnerships characterised by continuous learning, evolution and transition. With a unique ability to facilitate and co-create strategy, she enjoys rolling up her sleeves, inspiring and mentoring subject matter experts, and helping leaders and teams to accelerate progress and new capabilities, while role modeling trust, care, passion, commitment and collaboration.
